Normally it will take 5-7 working days, but this may extend depending on factors such as: high demand (e.g. approaching Christmas time), order quantity, complexity of the design, your shipping location, any customizations you may request (e.g. special packaging).

We recommend you use your soaps within 3-6 months from delivery, as the soap may gently start to lose its scent and color over time. If stored properly, it can remain effective for up to one or two years.

Store your soap stash in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and humidity. Upon use, do not let the soap sit in water; use a soap dish or tray which allows the soap to dry and water to be drained.

For orders above ₱500.00, 50% down payment is required before we create your soaps. You can pay the balance before the order is shipped.

For custom orders, full payment is required before we create your soaps. We ask for your understanding as this policy is for our protection: if for any reason you cancel your order, we will be unable to sell your soaps and reuse the packaging since it has been customized just for you.

We currently accept the following modes of payment: BPI online transfer, GCash, Maya, and QRPH.

Shipping fee will be computed based on order quantity (weight) and delivery location. We will give you an estimate from the courier company when you place your order. Upon shipping, we will provide you with the courier's receipt. Any excess amount paid will be refunded to you or credited onto your next order.
